50gsm Polyester Viscose Spunlace Non Woven Lining Fabric
Spunlace nonwoven fabric is produced by using high pressure water
flow into the web, the fiber winding each other, so that to make original loose fiber have a certain
strength and complete structure. The technological process is as
follows: fiber measuring mixed - opening except miscellaneous -
mechanical mixed and disorderly combed into a net - web prewetting
- water, twisted, surface treatment, drying and coiling; and
finally make the inspection and pack it into warehouse. Jet spray
network device uses high-speed flow of high pressure water jet
fabric and make the fiber web rearrange, wrapped around each other,
become a complete structure, and have a certain strength and other
performance of non-woven fabrics.
